>> Market Evaluation
The prospective partner assesses the market for the different programmes offered by TCY. The head office, then, sends the ‘Project proposal’ to the prospective partner. It is followed by a detailed assessment of market potential and feasibility, which is executed by the prospective partner in his area. On the basis of the Market evaluation report, the prospective partner is called for an interview and subsequent discussion.
>> Interview & Discussion
At this stage the prospective partner is interviewed by the Head Office to discuss the complete project within 6 days of the receipt of the project proposal. The following are the key points of discussion:
  • Financial Projections
  • Investments required
  • Return on Investment
  • Details of programmes to be offered
After convincing TCY about the potential, confidence & intention of long term association, prospective partner deposits a sum of Rs. 20,000/- towards willingness to start the operations. The payment is made through a draft in favour of TCY Learning Solutions (P) Ltd. payable at Ludhiana.
>> Site Evaluation
TCY representative(s) visits the locations short-listed by the prospective partner and assesses them according to the TCY standards & requirements. If the report is positive then the final contract is signed or else the prospective partner is advised to search other locations.
>> Getting started
In the final step, following activities are executed in order for the partner to start the business activity in the approved location:
  • Contract & Recruitment
  • Market & Competitor Survey
  • Franchise Kit Hand Over & Faculty Training
  • Centre Launch
